„Purchase (supply) excavator-loader for the needs of the Municipal Management Unit of the Wiązownica Commune.” 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and purchase of one, brand-new (manufactured no earlier than in 2026) excavator-loader, financed from the funds of the “Civil Protection and Protection of the Population Programme for the years 2025-2026”, meeting the requirements specified in Appendix No 1 to the SWZ, i.e.: “Appendix No 1. Description of the subject of the contract.” All materials and vehicle equipment used must have appropriate certificates, EC/EU declarations of conformity, and must comply with standards and regulations on the transport of persons and transport of goods. 2.
