TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of 5 automatic border control gates “ABC”, for use by the Border Guard Facility Warsaw–Okęcie. The Contractor is required, as part of the Contract, to: 1) purchase and deliver: a) 5 ABC gates, with all required peripheral devices and other components specified in the OPZ; b) the required licences and software, on the terms specified in the OPZ; c) a test set that will enable simulation of the border clearance process at the supplied ABC gates and commissioning of the border clearance process using verification of face images and verification of fingerprints provided for the supplied ABC gates; 2) disassembling 5 currently used ABC gates and installing 5 new ABC gates at locations and at times designated by the Contracting Authority and the User; 3) preparing and delivering the documentation specified in the OPZ; 4) adapting the delivered software to connect to the Border Guard border clearance system, as a result of which a programming interface will be created, if applicable, in accordance with the Contractor’s offer and the OPZ; 5) transferring to the Contracting Authority and the Border Guard the proprietary copyrights in…
