TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The contract shall be concluded for a period of 210 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract. 2. The implementation deadline for the subject matter of the contract in terms of delivery, installation and conformity assessment, referred to in §1(2)(a) and (b) of the contract, shall not exceed 14 calendar days from the date on which the vehicles are made available to the Contractor. 3. The subject of the contract includes: a) delivery and installation of factory-new weighing systems on waste collection vehicles, b) conformity assessment of each weighing system granted by the Main Office of Measures (Główny Urząd Miar) (GUM) or the Regional Office of Measures (Okręgowy Urząd Miar) (OUM) or an equivalent institution authorised to certify the performance of legalisation, c) re-legalisation of each weighing system granted by the Main Office of Measures (Główny Urząd Miar) (GUM) or the Regional Office of Measures (Okręgowy Urząd Miar) (OUM), d) trainings as provided for by the Contracting Authority, e) service provision for a period equal to the periodic warranty. 4.
