TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of two specialized medical transport vehicles – ambulances (road ambulances) with 4×4 drive, together with equipment, for the needs of the Nowodworskie Medical Center. 2. The detailed technical and functional requirements for the subject of the contract are specified in Appendices No. 2.1 and 2.2 to the SWZ. The Contractor is required to submit, together with the tender, both completed appendices confirming the technical parameters and equipment of the offered ambulances. The tender must include both ambulances, in accordance with the scope of the contract specified in this SWZ. 3. Ambulance equipment that constitutes medical devices must meet the requirements set out in Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on medical devices and in the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices, to the extent applicable to the given device, and must also have the documents required by law confirming conformity and authorization for placing on the market and use. 4.
