TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is “Purchase of hard drives for the deduplication appliance owned by the Contracting Authority”. 2. Under the Scope of the contract, the Contractor shall be required in particular to: a) deliver hard drives (hereinafter referred to as the Equipment). b) deliver, together with the Equipment, all necessary materials, licences, accessories and cabling required to connect and run the delivered solution (if applicable). 3. The Equipment should be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty in accordance with the warranty period of the deduplication appliance owned by the Contracting Authority, counted from the signing of the Equipment Acceptance Protocol — without reservations, at least until 19.01.2029. 4. The place of delivery of the Equipment is the building of the Marshal’s Office of the Lublin Voivodeship at Artura Grottgera 4 Street in Lublin. The Contractor shall ensure transport to the specified room. 5. The Contractor shall deliver the Equipment within 20/30/40 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract (depending on the Contractor’s offer submitted).
