TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the years 2027-2028 for the UM Olsztyn Group represented by the Municipality of Olsztyn for the operation of buildings and commercial premises as well as for powering technological devices, street lighting and traffic signals (CPV codes: 09300000-2 - electric, thermal, solar and nuclear energy; 09000000-3 – petroleum products, fuel, electricity and other energy sources; 09310000-5 – electricity). 2. The total estimated volume of electricity supplied over the entire contract period determined on the basis of declarations of the individual Contracting Authorities of the "UM Olsztyn Group" covered by the contract amounts to: 173,368.890 MWh (86,684.445 MWh/year), whereby due to tariff division, two tasks were distinguished accordingly: 1) task marked No. 1 – tariff group G, 2) task marked No. 2 – other tariff groups covered by the contract. 3.
