TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Name of the subject matter of the contract: Purchase of electricity for a purchasing group established by Gmina Oborniki. 2. Delivery of electricity will take place in accordance with applicable law, in particular under the terms specified in the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43, as amended) and implementing regulations issued for this Act. 3. The contract covers the supply of electricity in the amount of 4,995,692 kWh in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 to electricity offtake points in accordance with Appendix No 1 to this description. 4. Delivery of electricity will be carried out on the basis of the electricity sale agreement referred to in Article 5(2)(1) of the Energy Law. 5. This contract does not include the provision of electricity distribution services. 6. Quality requirements: 1) Delivery of electricity will take place on the terms specified in the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law and in accordance with the implementing provisions issued for this Act.
