TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the City of Maków Mazowiecki and its related entities. The scope of the task also includes: - balancing active electricity and balancing electricity generated by the contracting authority’s own generation sources, whereby part of this energy is used for self-consumption and part will be rebalanced at the electricity supply points of the contracting authority indicated in the description of the subject matter of the contract Separate contracts will be concluded under the procedure: with the City of Maków Mazowiecki, the Municipal House of Culture, and the Municipal Services Company Sp. z o.o. The contracting authority envisages awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Pzp Act, consisting in the repetition of similar services, consistent with the subject matter of the contract.
