TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is: 1) purchase of electricity for the Sports and Recreation Centre OSiR Stargard Sp. z o.o. The estimated quantity of electricity to be purchased during the term of the contract is 3.144,381 MWh. The list of electricity supply points is set out in Appendix 6 to the SWZ. 2) purchase of electricity for any newly created supply points during the performance period of the contract on the terms of the conducted procedure. 3) commercial balancing for the sold electricity. 4) notification to the Distribution System Operator (OSD) of electricity sale agreements, including conducting any procedure for changing the supplier. For this purpose, the Contracting Authority shall grant the Contractor the appropriate authorisation.
