Purchase of electricity for the needs of ECO TEAM SERVICE Sp. z o.o. 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the needs of ECO TEAM SERVICE Sp. z o.o. in the planned quantity: 534 070.00 kWh (534.070 MWh), including within the scope of the OSD Tariff Group: 1) C21 – 101 690.00 kWh (101.690 MWh); 2) C11 – 375 040.00 kWh (375.040 MWh); 3) C12b – 25 000.00 kWh (25.000 MWh); 4) G12 – 460.00 kWh (0.460 MWh); 5) C13 – 31 880.00 kWh (31.880 MWh); for the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, for the points of supply specified in Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ. 2. The quantities in kWh and MWh and the power in Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ (electricity supply points) and the Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ prepared on its basis – the Price Form, are estimated quantities. Determining the anticipated electricity consumption is for the purpose of selecting the most advantageous tender and does not, on the part of the Contracting Authority, constitute an obligation to purchase electricity in the stated quantities.
