TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the year 2027 available in the market, meeting the quality standards specified by the provisions of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43, as amended) for the purpose of supplying public utility buildings, video surveillance, gates in acoustic screens, and street lighting, squares, bus stops, parks, greens, within the territory of the city of Radomsko. The present procurement procedure is conducted jointly by the Contracting Authorities listed in SECTION 1.1. CONTRACTING AUTHORITY (NABYWCA). The purchasing group was established by Order No 171/2026 of the President of the City of Radomsko dated 24 July 2026, regarding the establishment of the Electricity Purchasing Group 2027 and the award of the contract for “Purchase of electricity for 2027”.
