TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the years 2027-2028 for the facilities of the Polish Geological Institute – National Research Institute, located throughout the country. 2. The detailed scope and method of implementing the subject of the contract are specified in: 2.1. Annex No. 1 to the ToR – "Description of the subject of the contract"; 2.2. Annex No. 2 to the ToR – "Draft contract provisions". 3. The Contracting Authority, pursuant to Art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law, foresees the application of the option right. 4. The Contracting Authority will inform the Contractor in writing about the activation of the option and the scope in which it is to be activated. 5. Within the optional contract, the Contracting Authority foresees: 5.1. activation of additional renewable energy installation delivery points; 5.2. settlement of electricity generated by the renewable energy installation within the framework of a virtual prosumer, after the entry into force of the relevant laws; 5.3. additional purchase of electricity for the Contracting Authority's facilities under the option right.
