TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the sale of electricity for the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 to the Warsaw Procurement Group, consisting of organizational units of the Capital City of Warsaw and other entities that have concluded an Agreement with the City, and purchase of electricity generated in generating units indicated by the Contracting Authority and fed into the electricity grid of the OSD. The contract will be implemented on the basis of a framework agreement and implementing agreements, signed separately by each of the Contracting Authorities, listed in Annex No 1 to the Framework Agreement, which constitutes Annex No 1 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authorities will grant the Contractor implementing orders under Article 311(1) of the Pzp Act.
