TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Energy Law Act, i.e. the Energy Law Act) to the Contracting Authority’s facilities for a period of 12 months from 01 January 2027. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Appendix No 1 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ). The subject matter of the contract is the supply of electricity for the period: from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 for 2 (two) water utilities. The estimated electricity demand for 2 (two) parts is:  Basic order: 11 482 MWh,  Option – 10% of the basic order. The contract is divided into two parts: 1) Part I – RWiK Białogard – estimated demand:  Basic order 6 495 MWh,  Option – 10% of the basic order; 2) Part II – PWiK Szczecinek – estimated demand:  Basic order 4 987 MWh,  Option – 10% of the basic order.
