TENDER DESCRIPTION

PURCHASE OF ELECTRICITY FOR THE NEEDS OF THE GMINA BRZYSKA AND ITS ORGANIZATIONAL UNITS 1. The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity for the facilities specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997, the Energy Law, the Civil Code, and the implementing provisions issued on their basis. The Gmina Brzyska and the entities listed in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ will conclude separate agreements resulting from this public procurement procedure conducted in the basic procedure without negotiations: PURCHASE OF ELECTRICITY FOR THE NEEDS OF THE GMINA BRZYSKA AND ITS ORGANIZATIONAL UNITS. Detailed information regarding the conclusion of agreements by the Gmina Brzyska and its organizational units is provided in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. The selected Contractor’s obligation will be to represent the Contracting Authority and its organizational units before the relevant Distribution System Operator in matters related to reporting a change of supplier.
