TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law, the Civil Code, and the implementing regulations issued on the basis thereof. Separate contracts resulting from this public procurement procedure conducted in the form of an open tender for the PROCUREMENT OF ELECTRICITY SUPPLY FOR THE NEEDS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF GŁUBCZYCE AND ITS ORGANISATIONAL UNITS will be concluded. Detailed information regarding the conclusion of contracts by individual organisational units is provided in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. The selected Contractor’s obligation will be to represent the Contracting Authority and its organisational units before the relevant Distribution System Operator in matters related to notification of the supplier change. To perform the above-mentioned activities, the Contractor will receive the appropriate authorisation (Appendix No. 4.1 to the SWZ). 2.
