TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity for the facilities specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law, the Civil Code, and implementing regulations issued on the basis thereof. The estimated demand for electricity for the period from the moment the contract enters into force until 31.12.2028 is 2,250,139 kWh. As, starting from 19.08.2026, the sale of electricity is carried out by the reserve supplier, the Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor report the change of supplier at the earliest possible time, i.e. after the electricity sale contracts are signed and the process is correctly verified by the DSO. For the purposes of estimating the estimated value of the contract and the estimated consumption of electricity in kWh, the Contracting Authority has adopted the period from 01.11.2026 to 31.12.2028.
