TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase of electricity for the needs of the Ujazd Municipality The subject of this contract is the supply of electricity for the Ujazd Municipality and its organizational units for the needs of street lighting and the operation of buildings and premises. The list of points of electricity consumption and the detailed electricity demand specification is set out in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract. The forecast electricity demand during the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 is: 1 339 855.00 kWh. The stated electricity volume is an estimated value based on past consumption. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce or increase the total electricity volume, as compared to the quantity specified. Any change in the estimated consumption will not result in additional costs for the Contracting Authority, other than settlement for the actually consumed quantity of electricity.
