TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is: a) delivery of electricity under the conditions specified in the Act of April 10, 1997 Energy Law and in the implementing acts issued on its basis, b) settlement of surpluses of electricity generated in renewable energy source (RES) installations indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference, which has been fed into the local DSO network along with the commercial balancing service under the conditions specified in the draft contract, constituting Appendix No. 7 to the Specification of Essential Terms of the Contract of this procedure.
