TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is: a) the supply of electricity on the terms set out in the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law and in the executive acts issued on the basis thereof, b) settlement of surpluses of electricity generated in installations of renewable energy sources (OZE) specified in Appendix No. 1 to the OPZ, which has been fed into the local OSD grid together with the commercial balancing service on the terms set out in the contract draft constituting Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ for the present procedure.
