TENDER DESCRIPTION

PURCHASE OF ELECTRICITY FOR THE NEEDS OF THE WŁODAWA COUNTY 1. The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law, the Civil Code, and the implementing regulations issued on the basis thereof. The Włodawa County shall conclude an agreement resulting from this public procurement procedure conducted in the basic mode without negotiations: PURCHASE OF ELECTRICITY FOR THE NEEDS OF THE WŁODAWA COUNTY. Detailed information regarding the conclusion of the agreement by the County is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. The selected Contractor’s obligation will be to represent the Contracting Authority before the appropriate Distribution System Operator in matters related to reporting the change of supplier. To perform the above-mentioned activities, the Contractor will receive a relevant power of attorney (Appendix No. 4.1 to the SWZ). 2.
