TENDER DESCRIPTION
1.1.1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of electricity, in accordance with the descriptions provided in the “List of PPE for a split contract” (Part No. 1)“. 1.1.2. Estimated volume in MWh 97 572.579; number of offtake points 5467 - the detailed List of PPE points constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. The stated volume of electricity is an estimated value based on past consumption. Settlement will be made on the basis of the actual amount of electricity consumed at the individual PPE points, which have been indicated in Appendix No. II to the Agreement and the unit prices presented in the tender. 1.1.3. Distribution services will be provided on the basis of separate agreements concluded between the Contracting Authorities (Electricity Customers - hereinafter the Customers) and the distribution system operator (DSO). 1.1.4. The Contractor, based on the granted Power of Attorney, will be required to submit, on its own behalf and on behalf of the Contracting Authorities (Customers), the electricity sale agreements to the relevant DSO in accordance with applicable regulations.
