TENDER DESCRIPTION
Purchase of electricity energy 4.1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for 127 points of electricity supply (PPE), including 12 with photovoltaic installations. The total amount of energy to be purchased during the term of the contract is 3 046 446.00 kWh. 4.2. Detailed conditions: - The contract will be concluded using the seller’s contract template. - The invoice payment period is 14 days from the date of its issuance. - Contract term: from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028. - The price must include a guarantee of origin of the energy (100% RES energy). - Guarantee of origin of energy (100% RES energy). - Minimum 5 years of the Contractor’s operation on the energy market. 4.3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract — hereinafter “SOPZ” — is set out in Appendix No 1 to the SWZ, which comprises the following documents: - Description of the subject of the contract - PPE schedule
