TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase of ergonomic equipment as part of the project "Prevention and elimination of risk factors in the Municipal Office in Bieruń" 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of the following items: 1) Ergonomic vertical wireless computer mouse for right-handed users, quantity 10 pcs; 2) Ergonomic wireless computer keyboard, quantity 10 pcs; 3) Ergonomic monitor, quantity 15 pcs, in accordance with the requirements specified in the SOPZ. 2. The scope of delivery, individual quantities and their description are set out in the SWZ and the annex to the SWZ, i.e.: detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ), the template of the bid form and the drafted provisions of the contract. 3. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial bids under this contract. In the Contracting Authority’s assessment, the lack of division of the contract into parts does not limit—both in terms of quantity and quality—the possibility for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises to participate. 4.
