TENDER DESCRIPTION

4.1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of a brand-new medium special fire-fighting and rescue vehicle with 4x4 drive for OSP Łabuńki as part of the implementation of the public task entitled: “Ensuring combat readiness of the fire protection unit included in the national rescue and fire-fighting system”. 4.2. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes in particular: a) the delivery of a brand-new special fire-fighting and rescue vehicle with 4x4 drive, b) providing the necessary technical description (in the Polish language), c) providing together with the order the required instructions for operation in the Polish language and a complete set of documents necessary for vehicle registration, d) training the persons indicated by the Contracting Authority in the operation of the vehicle. The Contractor bears the costs of all materials necessary to carry out the training. 4.1.
