Subject of the contract. - sale to the Contracting Authority and delivery to its registered office and unloading of a brand-new snow snow blower meeting the technical requirements specified in the Technical Specification, - commissioning of the snow blower on the day of delivery to the Contracting Authority’s registered office, - carrying out the trainings described in § 1 of the Contract Template, - providing, during the Warranty Period, authorised service support, repairs and inspections of the Snow Blower according to the terms specified in the Contract Template and within the scope specified in the warranty card template, - delivery of all documents referred to in the Contract and in the annexes to the Contract.
