1. Description of the subject matter of the contract: a) The subject matter of this public contract is the supply of new, factory-made spare parts for Parkeon parking meters, Strada model, located at OPP in Kraków. b) The Contracting Authority described the subject matter of the contract using the following attachments: - Draft contractual provisions (PPU) constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, - Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) together with its attachments constituting Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ, - Price schedule constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ. c) Time limit for performance of the contract: within 21 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. 1.
