Purchase of 24-hour blood pressure monitors as part of the project titled “Increasing the availability and quality of AOS and POZ services by purchasing equipment for ZPOZ based in Łomża” The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of 20 units of 24-hour blood pressure monitors with the parameters required as specified in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ, together with full warranty service and training of the Ordering Party’s personnel, on the terms specified in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ. The contract is carried out under Agreement No. FEPD.04.05-IZ.00-0020/24-00 on co-financing for the Project “Increasing the availability and quality of AOS and POZ services by purchasing medical equipment for ZPOZ based in Łomża”FEPD.04.05-IZ.00-0020/24 under the Programme Fundusze Europejskie dla Podlaskiego 2021-2027, Priority IV, High-quality Social Space, Measure 04.05.Investments in health protection.
