TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of 1 unit of type C sanitary ambulance for the needs of the Podkarpackie Emergency Medical Service Station in Mielec with technical and operational parameters consistent with the requirements described in Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference. 2. The Contracting Authority requires an offer of a brand new type C sanitary ambulance with a medical compartment build. The offered ambulance must have brand new equipment, free from defects, covered by a warranty. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the minimum requirements regarding the base vehicle, medical compartment, and medical equipment, is contained in Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference and the draft contract constituting Annex No. 5 to the Terms of Reference. 4. The order must be completed within a maximum of 30 days from the date of signing the contract. 5. The place of delivery of the subject of the contract will be the Contractor's premises. 1.
