TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of 2 factory-new, zero-emission electric buses together with chargers, fully adapted for transporting persons with disabilities. The buses and the charging stations must be of one brand and identical in terms of structural design, technical parameters, configuration, and equipment. Under the contract, the Contractor is also required to conduct training, provide documentation necessary for the proper operation, registration and insurance of the buses, provide software and diagnostic devices, grant licences, ensure software and documentation updates, and perform obligations resulting from the warranty and the terms of warranty service for the buses and chargers. A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been specified in the SWZ along with its appendices.
