TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of 2 brand-new, zero-emission electric buses together with chargers, fully adapted for the transport of persons with disabilities. The buses and the charging stations must be of the same brand and identical in terms of construction, technical parameters, scope of supply, and equipment. Under the contract, the Contractor is also obliged to conduct training, provide documentation necessary for proper operation, registration and insurance of the buses, provide software and diagnostic equipment, grant licences, ensure software and documentation updates, and perform obligations arising from the warranty and the terms of warranty service for the buses and chargers. A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been specified in the SWZ together with its attachments.
