TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase and delivery of 2 portable, handheld, multifunctional gamma and neutron radiation spectrometers for the purpose of the Border Guard Facility Warsaw-Modlin. Under the contract, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) deliver and commission the devices specified in the OPZ and all activities necessary for the proper and trouble-free operation of the devices at the place where they are to be used; 2) provide a warranty under the terms set out in the Agreement, including conducting technical inspections in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement and according to the recommendations of the manufacturer specified in the technical documentation of the devices, but no less frequently than every six months during the warranty period; The warranty period is an offer evaluation criterion described in point 13.4 of Chapter 13 of the SWZ. 3) conduct a trainer training for a maximum of 4 persons designated by the Contracting Authority and the User.
