TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase and delivery of 2 portable gamma-neutron radiation spectrometers for the purpose of the Border Guard Facility Warsaw-Okęcie. Under the contract, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) supply and commission the devices specified in the OPZ and all actions necessary for the proper and trouble-free operation of the devices at the place where they are used; 2) provide a warranty in accordance with the terms set out in the Agreement, including performing technical inspections in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement and according to the manufacturer’s recommendations specified in the technical documentation, but no less frequently than every six months during the warranty period; 3) conduct trainer training for a maximum of 5 Border Guard officers designated by the Contracting Authority and the User, covering the proper commissioning and operation of the devices.
