TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contractor whose tender is selected under this contract shall be required to submit, within the deadline up to the date of signing the contract, the detailed configuration of the buses covered by the contract (technical parameters of the offered buses and their equipment) together with a list of electronic equipment (dedicated devices and systems), additional equipment in connection with the authorization granted, software and the necessary devices using that software. This document will constitute an annex to the contract with the Contractor. Based on Article 214(1)(8) of the Public Procurement Law Act (Pzp), the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding the Contractor a contract consisting in the repetition of similar deliveries up to 50% of the value of the basic contract on terms such as the execution of the basic contract. Contractors may apply jointly for the award of the contract. Contractors applying jointly must appoint a representative to represent them in the Procedure, or to represent them in the procedure and to conclude the public procurement contract.
