TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contractor whose offer is selected within this contract will be obliged to present, by the date of signing the contract, a detailed composition of the buses covered by the order (technical parameters of the offered buses and their equipment) along with a list of electronic equipment (dedicated devices and systems), additional equipment related to the granted authorization, software, and necessary devices using this software. This document will constitute an annex to the contract with the Contractor. The Contracting Authority, based on Article 214(1)(8) of the Public Procurement Law, anticipates the possibility of awarding the Contractor an order involving the repetition of similar supplies up to 50% of the value of the basic contract under the same conditions as the performance of the basic contract. Contractors may jointly request the award of the contract.
