TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of 6 brand-new, fitted-out ambulances of type “B/C” together with equipment for the OCRM in Opole, produced no earlier than in 2026. Each offered ambulance must have factory-new equipment, free from defects, covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and must meet the requirements of the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620). The vehicles must meet the requirements of the Act of 20 June 1997 on Road Traffic (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, with further amendments), the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502, with further amendments), the applicable PN-EN 1789 standard or an equivalent standard for a road transport vehicle of type C, and must hold a certificate of approval of the assembled vehicle (base vehicle together with medical superstructure) issued in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 2 August 2023 on the approval of the vehicle type, and must comply with the…
