TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of 6 pcs. of factory new, built-in type "C" ambulances with equipment for OCRM in Opole, manufactured no earlier than in 2026. Each offered ambulance must have factory new equipment, free from defects, covered by the manufacturer's warranty, meeting the requirements of the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620). The vehicles must comply with the requirements of the Act of June 20, 1997 Road Traffic Law (consolidated text Journal of Laws 2024, item 1251 as amended), the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (text Journal of Laws 2024, item 502 as amended), the applicable PN-EN 1789 standard or an equivalent standard for type C road transport means, and have a certificate of homologation for the completed vehicle (base vehicle with medical build) issued in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of August 2, 2023 on type approval of vehicles, and also comply with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of December 3, 2025 on the marking of…
