TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase and delivery of three-phase power generator sets under the Civil Protection and Defense Program for 2025-2026 1. The subject of the contract is to ensure continuity of operations in a crisis situation in the Municipality of Krzepice by purchasing and delivering, including transport and unloading as well as commissioning, six power generator sets. The subject of the contract consists of the purchase and delivery of the following equipment: 1) a three-phase power generator set with power of 100 - 130 kW with a trailer adapted for transporting the generator set - 2 units 2) a three-phase power generator set with power of 55 - 70 kW - 4 units. 2. The subject of the contract must be factory new, free from defects and have the required certificates, approvals and declarations of conformity - to the extent resulting from applicable provisions of law for a given type of product. The generator sets must have authorization for use within the territory of the European Union. 3. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide a warranty of at least 24 months for the generator sets.
