TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery, assembly, installation and commissioning of an angiograph together with dedicated equipment and software, as well as training of the Contracting Authority’s personnel. The contract will be carried out in the following stages: Stage I – delivery and installation by the Contractor of the Device together with the equipment. Stage II – cooperation by the Contractor with the Contracting Authority in obtaining all required acceptances, opinions, arrangements and approvals, including in particular those resulting from the provisions of construction law, sanitary regulations, radiological protection and other relevant regulations. As part of the implementation of Stage II, the Contracting Authority expects to obtain a positive decision permitting the Operational Theatre and the Device for use, and then, after obtaining the appropriate decision, to commission the device. Stage III – carrying out specialist training for the Contracting Authority’s designated personnel and performing the obligations resulting from the granted warranty and statutory liability for defects for the device.
