TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery, installation, assembly, commissioning of a UNIVERSAL ULTRASOUND (USG) SYSTEM, in accordance with the technical and functional parameters specified in the file: Parametry techniczno-funkcjonalne-cz.1, and in accordance with the indications arising from the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 24 September 2013 on guaranteed services in the scope of basic healthcare. 2. The subject of the contract also includes training of personnel in the operation of the offered medical equipment. The delivery of the equipment covered by the subject of the contract shall be to: Samodzielny Publiczny Zakład Opieki Zdrowotnej (Independent Public Healthcare Facility) with its registered office in Szczerców, ul. Mickiewicza 39B, 97-420 Szczerców; 3. The Contracting Authority requires that the equipment covered by the subject of the contract: a) be brand new, free from any physical defects and damage, without prior use, and not be the subject of rights of third parties, b) be manufactured in 2026,c) the device together with the probes shall be a medical device authorized for marketing and use on the territory of Poland, in accordance with…
