TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of this contract is: successive deliveries of foodstuffs intended for catering purposes in accordance with the specification indicated in the Price Form constituting Annex No 1A to the SWZ, on the basis of which the Contractor will prepare an offer price quotation (the Price Form, which at the same time will constitute Annex No 1 to the draft provisions of the contract). The Ordering Party indicates that the implemented recurring deliveries, each time, must be adjusted by weight and quantity to the submitted order. The Ordering Party informs that the quantities of ordered products may be small, depending on demand for a given day (it may be 0.1 kg and it may also be 10 kg, e.g. of meat or other products ordered by weight). The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use the entirety or part of the contract, and the Contractor declares that it will not submit any claims for this reason.
