TENDER DESCRIPTION

PART NO. 3 – FRESH FRUIT, VEGETABLESThe subject of the contract for part no. 3 covers the purchase and successive delivery of fresh fruits and vegetables and similar products. Fruits and vegetables should not be withered; globe-conical fruits; irregularly and intensely coloured are allowed; smooth, shiny skin; juicy flesh. Root vegetables: roots should be firm, not cracked, without damage caused by pests and without spots. Vegetables: first-class, should not be overripe, frozen, or mouldy. Leafy fruits and vegetables: without spots, healthy, without damage. Disqualifying features (defects) of vegetables and fruits: contamination with plant protection products, overripe and mouldy, foreign smell, taste, freezing, thawing, presence of pests and their residues, presence of damage caused by pests, bruising, rotting, excessive wetness of the surface, traces of cutting off spoiled parts, excessive dirtiness with soil. Edible potatoes: healthy, clean, dry, one-dimensional, with a shape typical for the given variety, with good taste, seasonal, with a characteristic colour, taste and smell, whole, unprocessed, domestic variety and, in the autumn-winter season, also imported without traces…
