TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase and delivery of a multi-purpose tractor for the needs of the Powiat Magazynowo–Equipment Base for Civil Protection and Civil Defence 1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of a multi-purpose tractor for the needs of the Powiat Magazynowo–Equipment Base for Civil Protection and Civil Defence. 2. As part of the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor shall be required to deliver to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority, i.e. the Road Section in Świerzawa, Jeleniogórska Street 28, 59-540 Świerzawa, a complete, brand-new multi-purpose tractor, in accordance with the description contained in the Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.
