TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity together with distribution services for a total estimated volume of 10.710,00 MWh to 253 Electricity Supply Points (PPE) for the needs of facilities belonging to the Municipal Waterworks and Sewage Company in Bydgoszcz spółka z o.o., under the terms set out in the Act of 10 April 1997, the Energy Law, and in implementing regulations issued on the basis thereof. The indicated amount of electricity is for guidance only, based on data on electricity consumption in previous years. Data regarding the individual PPE, together with additional information specifying, among other things, the estimated electricity consumption for a given point broken down into zones, have been provided in the List of Electricity Supply Points (PPE), which constitutes Appendix 1b to the SWZ.
