Purchase and delivery of a brand-new agricultural tractor for the needs of the Gmina Gać under the project: “Strengthening the logistics security of the Gmina Gać for ensuring continuity of supplies (...)” The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a brand-new agricultural tractor for the needs of the Gmina Gać under the project: “Strengthening the logistics security of the Gmina Gać for ensuring continuity of supplies and maintaining readiness to perform tasks related to the protection of the public and civil defence”. The subject of the contract must be factory-new, technically fit, and free from physical defects (structural, material and workmanship defects) and legal defects, and must meet the requirements specified in applicable provisions of law.
