Purchase and delivery of a brand-new tractor in the Municipality of Majdan Królewski for the needs of Civil Protection and Civil Defence The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a brand-new, unused tractor, year of manufacture 2026, meeting the following technical and formal requirements: General requirements:a) The machine must be factory-new, free from physical and legal defects.b) Year of manufacture – not earlier than 2026.c) Mileage – 0 mth (only technological hours resulting from factory tests are permitted).d) The minimum warranty period for the subject of the contract is 12 months, counted from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol. The Contractor may offer a longer warranty period.e) Guaranteed warranty service.f) The tractor is adapted and approved for use on public roads.
