Purchase and delivery of a brand-new tractor with equipment for the performance of tasks in the field of protection of the population and civil defence The subject matter of the contract is: “Purchase and delivery of a brand-new tractor with equipment for the performance of tasks in the field of protection of the population and civil defence.” The substantive scope of the contract includes in particular the delivery of an agricultural tractor together with a front loader and a 4-in-1 bucket. The scope of delivery also includes training, service support, and the warranty of the tractor along with its equipment with the minimum parameters described in Annex No 1 to the SWZ, i.e. the minimum technical and operational requirements. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (hereinafter referred to as the SOPZ) sets out Annex No 1 to the SWZ – the minimum technical requirements for the tractor with equipment and Annex No 2 to the SWZ – the draft contract. The above documents are an attachment to the contract notice and are available on the website of the contracting authority running the procedure.
