TENDER DESCRIPTION
Purchase and delivery of a brand-new passenger car of the VAN type for the Gmina Jedlicze 1 The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a brand-new passenger car of the VAN type, intended to transport 9 persons including the driver, complete, free from design, material and workmanship defects, meeting the requirements specified in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 2 The vehicle must be approved for use on the territory of the Republic of Poland, have the approval appropriate for the offered vehicle, and all documents necessary for the Purchaser’s first registration. 3 The minimum technical parameters, functional features and equipment specified in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (Annex No. 5 to the SWZ) are minimum requirements. The Contractor may offer better parameters, provided that they do not conflict with other requirements of the SWZ.
