TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a brand-new medium fire-rescue vehicle with 4x4 drive for OSP Modlnica. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and its performance is provided in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 3. The Contractor must offer to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority specified in the SWZ. 4. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor, together with the tender, submit a completed form entitled “Functions, technical parameters and conditions required for the subject of the contract”, which must be completed with the required information, as appropriate to the template of Annex No. 1A to the SWZ. In the form, the Contractor declares that the offered vehicle has the features and technical parameters required by the Contracting Authority in the description of the subject of the contract and provides the brand of the offered vehicle and its specific version/model.
