The subject of the contract is: Purchase and delivery of a brand new built-in 1 specialist ambulance of type “C” together with electric stretchers and a bariatric chair for the Voivodeship Emergency Medical Services in Katowice. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, the description of the Contracting Authority’s requirements regarding performance and acceptance specifies: - the description of the subject matter of the contract is included in the technical specification forming Appendix No 1a to the SWZ, - the draft provisions of the contract – Appendix No 5 to the SWZ.
